The Reserved Matters Application has now been submitted to FBC and will shortly be open for discussion.
The developers, Cala Homes (Thames), have kindly sent us this plan that is one of their application documents.

They have also sent us this artists impression of the Northern part of the site. The main street will of course have a more urban appearance, though it looks as though they plan to soften this with short front gardens and hedging.
