Following Cala Homes (Thames) Public Consultation event on their reserved matters development proposals for 38 new homes and associated landscaping they have added further information that is now available HERE (large download).
This includes an updated plan showing the proposed housing mix.
The original planning reference is P/20/0506/0A but the layout proposed has changed significantly as you will see on the attached plan.
They have promised that their website https://www.calahomeseyersdownfarm.co.uk/ will show more information as the reserved matters application is finalised.
