Botley Road Closure
We have been advised that there will be works on the Botley Road to enable Electricity Supply to the Cala Homes Development adjacent to the Burridge Recreation Ground.
Temporary Traffic Lights will be used from Monday 7th October until Friday 11th October 08:00 to 17:00.
The Botley Road will be completely closed from 20:00 Friday 11th October until 06:00 Monday 14th October.
The official diversion uses the A27 to Fareham and then the A32 up to the A334 towards Botley.
It is of course not possible, travelling Eastbound, to join the A32 directly from the M27 at J10.
However, using the Fareham Central J11 exit and roundabout to reverse direction might be quicker than using the A27.
Local residents will of course be aware of the possibility of diverting through Whiteley using the ‘Tesco’ roundabout.
